Abstract

The aim of this study was to summarize clinical experience with the use of the light-cured composite Estelite Posterior in restoring defects of posterior teeth. The paper presents the results of clinical observation of Class I and Class II restorations based on Black’s classification in patients of different age groups, considering functional and esthetic parameters. Evaluation was performed using modified USPHS criteria with follow-up of up to 24 months. The clinical results demonstrate high material adaptation, stability of anatomical form, and no clinically significant complications. Estelite Posterior can be considered an effective material for routine clinical use in the restoration of posterior teeth.
