   The Editorial Board ensures the confidentiality of materials submitted by authors, as well as the anonymity of reviewers during the scientific peer review process. All manuscripts received for consideration are treated as confidential documents and are not subject to disclosure or use until the moment of their official publication.

   Confidentiality regarding the author may be breached in exceptional cases if fraud or dishonesty on the part of the author is detected.

   The Editorial Board collects the following information regarding authors and reviewers:

   • Researcher identifiers (ORCID, Scopus ID, etc.).

3. Confidentiality of the Peer Review Process

   The Editorial Board ensures the confidentiality of all materials submitted to the journal. Manuscripts are the private property of the authors and are treated as confidential documents.

   • Reviewers and members of the editorial board do not have the right to disclose information about the article prior to its publication. The Editorial Board shall not retain copies of rejected manuscripts.
   • The journal adheres to a "double-blind" peer review policy, which guarantees the anonymity of both authors and reviewers.
   • Reviewers are prohibited from creating copies of manuscripts on any media or transferring manuscripts to third parties. Reviewers must destroy copies of manuscripts provided to them for review after submitting their feedback.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

   Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to support the editorial process, archiving, and indexing of published materials in international scientometric databases.

   Users have the right to contact the editorial board with a request to delete their personal data from the journal's database, provided this does not conflict with the requirements for archiving scientific publications.
