Вплив ортодонтичного лікування на пародонт (огляд літератури)

Анотація

Резюме. На сьогодні постійно зростає потреба в ортодонтичному лікуванні аномалій положення зубів і прикусу. У практиці ортодонтії використовують різноманітні ортодонтичні апарати. Найбільш широко використовують незнімні конструкції, які дозволяють проводити лікування і дорослих пацієнтів. Проте досить часто стоматологи для прискорення отримання кінцевого результату лікування інтенсифікують ортодонтичну апаратуру. На жаль, це досить несприятливо впливає на тканини пародонта. У даній статті проаналізовано дані стоматологічної літератури про вплив ортодонтичного лікування на тверді тканини зубів, особливо на пародонт. Визначено основні чинники пошкодження пародонта під час ортодонтичного лікування. Проведено аналіз можливих напрямів профілактики ураження пародонта під час ортодонтичного лікування.
