Abstract

Chewing is one of the important functions of a person who ensures vital functions. Many works have been devoted to the definition of chewing efficiency for almost a hundred years. However, most of them are not currently used, which is due to the complexity and complexity of the implementation. This review is devoted to the coverage and comparison of dynamic masticatory samples to select the optimal for use in patients in the postoperative period with defects of the oral cavity and oropharynx.
